Suspected Communists

The Bureau is obligated under the Public Civic Transparency Act to publish a quarterly accounting of citizens whose Patriot Scores have fallen to levels consistent with ideological non-compliance. Inclusion on this list does not constitute a finding of wrongdoing. It is, however, a matter of public record.

Citizens on this list have been assigned to the compliance review queue and may be contacted by a Bureau field agent. Citizens who believe they have been listed in error should install the CLEAR application and improve their score through demonstrable civic engagement.

Note from the Office of Ideological Compliance:
The Bureau wishes to emphasize that a low Patriot Score is not proof of communist sympathy. It is, however, a significant indicator. The Bureau urges all listed citizens to reflect carefully on their obligations to the Republic and to their neighbors.

Monitoring Status Definitions

Status Score Range Description
Disengaged Citizen 40 – 69 Recent score decline. Assigned to compliance review queue. Agent follow-up pending.
Suspected Communist < 40 Sustained low engagement. Active case file opened. Direct agent contact initiated. Do not contact subject.

How to Be Removed from This List

Citizens seeking removal must raise their Patriot Score above 69 through documented civic activity in the CLEAR application. Score improvements are verified at the next quarterly snapshot. Provisional removal may be granted in extenuating circumstances by the Office of Ideological Compliance upon written application.

The Bureau does not accept appeals based on claims that the CLEAR scoring methodology is unfair, overly punitive, or constitutionally questionable. Such correspondence will be noted in the citizen's file.
